Is the P90x exercise program an effective workout? First, what is P90x? And does P90x work? It is a highly intensive strength workout program with a variety of workout specialties that are executed at home. Older women can find the workout that benefits them the best using P90x. They can use workout bands and a pull-up bar as they progress in the program. If the program is used correctly and women maintain the diet then the right older women will benefit. The benefit may not be as much weight as it is strength and muscle toning.
