You need to start walking for around one-third mile per day. Increase the distance gradually and go up to at least one mile a day three days a week.

Another good exercise for you would be stretching. As age grows, stooping is noticed in many people and so, stretching can avoid stooping or bowing. The basic key is to stretch in a manner which is relaxing and still give your body some exercise. Stretching that involves bending of foot and bending over is always helpful to keep your body flexible.
